      Roomy, easy to pitch, strong.

The Mirage Pro 3 doesn't get much attention from reviewers, which is a shame because it's a very capable tent, which performs reassuringly well in wet and windy weather, is intuitive and quick to pitch even solo in a breeze, and offers lots of usable space inside, especially headroom. Best for two people rather than three, as the single porch fills up quick with three people's clobber. It could do with a couple more guying points IMO as well as longer guylines, and its pegs (light but far too easily bent out of shape) give the impression that Vango have chosen cheapness over quality - not a good look. Overall, though, the Mirage Pro 3 offers a really good balance of the three design factors - Weight, Performance and Cost, and is well worth a closer look. But.that Pamir Green...ugh. Vango, what were you thinking?
