Place Orders and Pay Online
Vango uses the Shopatron shopping service to process orders placed at Vango.co.uk. Shopatron processes orders and passes them to selected Vango fulfilment partners who will ship your order to you. When you order and pay online, our intelligent system starts working to ensure rapid delivery. Shopatron currently accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

VAT
VAT will be applied to your order at the standard UK rate of 20%. You will see the VAT amount included in the products as you navigate through the site. However VAT will be pulled out into a separate line item as you checkout with your order.

Telephone, Postal Mail, Fax, or Email Orders
Telephone, postal mail, Fax, and email orders are not accepted.

Using the Website/Shopping Cart
If you cannot use our convenient online shopping catalogue, you may be using an outdated browser. To view content and place orders on our web site, we recommend that you use the most recent version of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Opera, Firefox, or Safari.

We do not accept credit card numbers delivered by email. You should not ever send credit card numbers by email, as it is not a secure practice.

Preferred Shipping Method
To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we may need to split it into multiple shipments. As you check out, you can select whether or not to allow us to split your order. A nominal additional shipping fee is applied to a split package.

If you do not want your order to possibly have a small additional shipping fee, please make sure to select "Single Package" when checking out. Otherwise we will split your orders into 2 or more packages if that is the fastest way to get your order to you.

Shipping and Handling Charges

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. The standard delivery charge is £3.95 per shipment.

In the unlikely event that shipping charges are higher than estimated, you will be notified by email before the charges are made to your credit card. We cannot currently ship orders to countries not shown in our checkout process. At present we can only ship within the UK. Please refer to our stockist locator to find a retailer or distributor in your locale.

We reserve the right to refuse any sale at any time.

Pre-order / Availability Dates
Availability dates, where stated, are as accurate and up to date as possible and we constantly monitor these to ensure the latest information is shown on our website. However, occasionally the dates that our products are expected to arrive at our distribution centres can change, due to circumstances beyond our control. As such, on very rare occasions, the pre-order availability date shown on our website may change or be temporarily out of date.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number(s) via email when your order is shipped.  Once your shipment(s) has been scanned by the shipping provider at the local hub, you can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation to track the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Problems
While not common, shipping problems can occur.  If you have a problem with your order that is related to shipping, please contact the fulfilment partner included in your shipping confirmation email.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please do not open the box or remove any of the packaging materials. A Sales and Customer Service Representative from Vango or our fulfilment partners will have to process a damage claim with the shipping provider, arrange for the damaged merchandise to be returned and give you further instructions to receive a replacement.

When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, with the exception of public holidays. All in stock orders will be shipped within 4-5 business days following credit card authorisation and verification.

Please note that, at this time, no order may be shipped outside of the United Kingdom.

Depending on the shipping service provider for your order, a package may be left without a signature at the discretion of the shipping service provider. Vango can do nothing to prevent this from occurring.

RETURNS

  1. When returning products, you are under a duty to take reasonable care to ensure that the fulfiller receives the products and that the products are not damaged in transit. Therefore, for your protection, when you are returning a product to us, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. A collection service may be offered for some products the Returns Documents will state if a collection service operates for your product.
  2. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the products to us or for the use of the collection service unless it is defective (see below).
  3. If the product you receive: (a) has been sent to you incorrectly due to our fulfiller’s error; (b) is damaged; (c) does not conform to its description; (d) is not fit for purpose; or (e) is not of satisfactory quality it is considered defective. Note that damage caused to the product once it is in your possession does not make the product defective and is beyond our responsibility.

  5. Defective products should be returned to the fulfiller as soon as possible, and in any event, within 30 days of delivery.
  6. In particular, please note that any items returned to us which you claim to be faulty or incomplete are checked and verified by our technicians. Any returned items that are found not to be faulty or incomplete will be returned to you and we shall be entitled to charge you for the return carriage costs via your original payment method. In the event that your credit card has expired, or is declined we will hold the item(s) until full payment has been made for the return carriage.
  7. Any items that you return to us are at your own risk, therefore we strongly advise all our customers to take reasonable care when returning any items to us for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed, adequately packaged, and carried by a reputable carrier.
