My poles have broken / split is this covered under the guarantee?

"We are sorry to hear that you have had an issue with your poles. Due to the wear & tear poles receive during pitching and striking, they are not covered under the warranty. However, it is possible to repair / replace them. There is generally a small charge for replacement pole sections or complete poles.
