      Mr

‎This is the best tent I have ever owned. I know at 3kg it is on the heavy side but it blows tents like the helium 2man and halo out of the water. At a 3 season rating I do not know if it would live up to the nemesis but it beats all other tents in many areas. This is not a dome tent and I would not swap it for any other vango hilleberg or anyone else's tent (possibly the f10 MTN, but it's still a bit short on headroom)

Firstly it has ventilation points ( I cut the mesh from mine to increase ventilation) I get very very little condensation and do not suffocate when in the tent.
Secondly the floating poles not only create better head room across the tent ( not just at the apex) but provide stability and tautness to the tent so it is a limpet on the ground
Third it headroom is at 120 so I can sit in a folding chair in the tent.
Fourthly, this limpet pitches with 8 pegs + 4 for the guys.
Fifthly,  4 entrances mean you never get muddy entrances even in Capel curig in January.
Sixthly excellent storage room in the porches
I know of no other tent at 3 kg that can do all of the above. Like all tents I'd recommend the 2 man for 1 person and the 3 for 2 people if going for any length of time, but this tent really is a 2 man for a short period.
If I where to give vango my recommendations would soley be that the doors unzip fully and zip together to use as a sun shade in the summer, and to start making there tents bigger, 6 foot is the average these days !

A force ten version would be interesting, it's not manufactured to the scientific lightweight standards of those tents, and perhaps a 1 man version for backpacking would be good.
