poles how to connect

previous comment couldnt figure out how to connect the poles?!? easy just push then together, put the tip of the spring into the other pole first ( at an angle ) and push/lever in, hardly rocket science. One thing I would mention, the pole you get is rather heavy, I replaced it by a Force Ten alloy pole I doctored, and light weight ally pegs as the onces you get basic heavy steel.

Thanks!

Sounds like you might be referring to the metal springs. These are springs at the ends of the poles that require to be pushed very slightly to allow for the pole to be slotted into each other. Hope that helps!

Assembly not possible

The poles have metal inserts. Little metal clips that prevent you from connecting them.

Nothing in the instructions to explain how to put these together or tear them off.

They prevent you from pitching the tarp. Until Vango explain this on the website don't buy.
