      Awsome!

Great tent for the money! put this up against £500 tents and the only difference is about 200g. Had mine for nearly 10 years now ( still going strong ). Although, mines got the 3000hh it's stood up to the worst weather than the UK can throw at it. Packs down really small if you don't use tent/pole/ fix bag + weight saving. Very easy to pitch. TBS works very well, as well as venting system. It's a bit low for me ( 6'2" ) have to open the door to sit up but, no great shakes when you get used to it. All in all, probably the best light weight tent money can buy for sub £150... got mine for £90.
I've always been a fan of Vango. For price, quality, performance. OK, maybe not the lightest thing on the market but, if you go too light you loose strength and in my book. Better safe than sorry!
Pro's: Price, weight, strength, quick pitch, stands up to very bad weather.
Cons: Bit tight on space. Will take 2 and kit ( Just )

I love it! It's great as a 1 man tent. With a porch big enough to wake up in morning and put a brew on without getting out of your sleeping bag! ( experienced back packers only )

Buy it! you can't go wrong!

Just bought the Vango Venom 400... Looking forward to testing it out on a DofE weekend! ( I'm an ACF instructor )

      Happy trials

      Martin
