2018 Awning Photoshoot: Behind the Scenes!
With the Caravan and Motorhome show fast approaching alongside the launch of our 2018 awning collection, we couldn’t wait to give you a little sneak peek of our brand-new caravan and drive away awnings, and a couple of the exciting new features we have introduced into the collections.
Every year we hope that the British weather will be on our side for at least a couple of days while we head out on our awning photo shoots! This year, we were especially lucky, allowing us to capture some brilliant shots of our new range.
With three different shoots taking place this year we headed off all over the country to find great views and take some great photos to show you our new range.
Our first photo shoot was back in April, with a select number of brand new awnings, set on the sunny banks of Loch Lomond we waited until the rain had stopped and spent two days setting up and photographing our new products, like the Varkala Connect, and Galli Compact.
The second photo shoot was for our new drive away awnings! We took two full days to photograph our newbies and some originals, as well as our new features such as the SkyTrack system and skylight windows.
Located in the stunning Yorkshire Dales – check out the sneak peeks of our Galli RSV awnings which have been updated for 2018! We also captured some shots of our sun canopy even though the dog would not sit still!
A few weeks later we headed down to the coast to photograph our new caravan awning collection with different scenery and landscapes. This photoshoot was situated in North Devon at Stowford Farm Meadows, allowing us to capture some fantastic shots with the summer sun and even some night time shots!
We spent three days down in North Devon for our caravan awning photo shoot, allowing us to shoot the whole range, inside and out! We even shot some of our new video content at this photo shoot which will soon be available to view on our YouTube channel – check out our channel HERE.
Our photo shoots would not be the same without a little help along the way… therefore we would like to thank those who contributed one way or another towards making these shoots a success!
Peter Birch was our photographer for both the caravan and drive away awning photo shoots, supplying us with fantastic photos for our 2018 collections.
The team at Exploria not only supplied us with vehicles for our drive away shoot but also got stuck in and helped with assembling and even the modelling. To find out more about vehicle conversions visit their website: http://www.exploria-online.co.uk/
We’d also like to say thanks to the team at Stowford Farm Meadows, who helped us with the caravans and a lovely location where we carried out our caravan photo shoot. Why not visit their site sometime? > http://stowford.co.uk
Finally, a massive thank you to the models that participated in our photo shoot, who really made all the photos come to life. Carrying out our caravan shoot at a caravan park has its advantages!
We hope this little insight gets you excited for our upcoming collection and if you want to get see our fresh, innovative equipment for your vehicles before the new year, come and visit us at the Caravan and Motorhome show in October!
