Can I buy direct from you?
Sorry, you can't buy direct from us. We distribute to a number of specialist outdoor stores, whom we have trained on our products. Please contact them through the links on our "retailer" list.

Do you have a factory shop?
Sorry no, again we believe that the selection of retailers we have will provide great value on Vango products.

Can I order on-line?
Our site is set up so that finding the product you need for your "adventure" is easily selected, and links are available through certain retailers who trade on the web.

Where is my nearest stockist?
We ask you to select a retailer site or geographically within your proximity from the retailer section, and email or call them. They will provide the most up to date stock information on a large selection of Vango products.

Most of our top retailers now have large tent sites, and we ask you to select a retailer site or geographic area within your proximity and email or call them. They will provide the most up to date stock information on a large selection of tents.

I have an old tent - can I still get parts for it?

We have spares for most of our tents and will hold most spares for the most current models. Email us with model/year/part/size of the item you need and we will do our best. Alternatively, try your local retailer and they might be able to provide the part.

What is the price of a specific product and is it available?

We list SRP (sellers recommended price) after all products. As far as availability in store is concerned, we ask you to select a retailer site or a geographic within your proximity and email or call them. They will provide the most up to date price and stock information .

Which product would best suit my needs?
Each of our product sections (tents, rucsacs, sleeping bags & accessories) has an overview page which gives you the type of activity you can use each product . Also, each sub subsection gives you an overview of its usage.

Where/how can I buy Vango product abroad?
We have a selection of distributors listed under "international" on our stockist list. Please contact them by email for stockists within these countries.

Where can I get a copy of the pitching instructions, or how easily is it to put one of our tents up?
Under each tent / model section we have the relevant pitching instructions in a downloadable or printable PDF or Word document.

Vango Lifetime Guarantee
All Vango products are designed and manufactured to exacting standards and are guaranteed to be suitable for the end purpose intended. As part of our ongoing commitment we will guarantee for the lifetime of the product, that should this product fail during normal usage as a result of a component, material or manufacturing fault, excluding fair wear and tear (which includes colour fading), then the product will be repaired or replaced at our expense and discretion. This guarantee is only valid when products are used for recreational purposes, which do not include commercial usage i.e. hiring, use by outdoor centres etc.
Repairs to damage caused by accident, improper care, use in inappropriate conditions, normal wear and tear will be carried out where possible at a reasonable charge. Please ensure that all products are clean and dry prior to being returned, as failure to do so may result in the product being returned to you un-inspected, which may in turn impact upon any warranty claim.
No consequential loss may be claimed under this guarantee. This guarantee in no way affects your statutory rights.
If you think your product is faulty then you should first contact the stockist from whom the product was purchased. They should then consult with us, if necessary, to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
